How We Serve:
Education
Favor International is committed to raising the next generation of leaders through education. By establishing Village Learning Centers, Favor Primary and Secondary Schools, and the Leadership Training Institute, the organization equips children and young adults with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to transform their communities. These programs focus on holistic development, combining academic excellence with spiritual growth to empower students to become agents of change in their societies.
Prayer
Prayer is the foundation of everything Favor International does. Through dedicated prayer movements and the establishment of Houses of Prayer, the organization mobilizes intercessors to seek God’s guidance and intervention for individuals, communities, and nations. These prayer initiatives are a powerful force for spiritual revival, healing, and the fulfillment of the Great Commission, uniting believers in a shared mission to transform the world.
Women's Empowerment
Favor International believes in empowering women to break free from cycles of poverty and oppression. Through vocational training, small business initiatives, and discipleship programs, women are equipped with the abilities and confidence to build sustainable livelihoods. These efforts not only transform individual lives but also uplift entire families and communities, fostering independence and dignity rooted in freedom through Christ.
Medical
Favor International provides critical medical care to underserved communities, addressing both physical and spiritual needs. Through mobile clinics, health education, and partnerships with local healthcare providers, the organization brings healing and hope to those in need. These efforts are a tangible expression of God’s love, offering life-saving care while opening doors for the Gospel to reach the hearts of the sick and suffering.
God's Institute For Transformation
The God’s Institute for Transformation (GIFT Homes) is a cornerstone of Favor International’s discipleship and leadership development efforts. These homes provide a nurturing environment where individuals are trained in biblical principles, leadership skills, and practical ministry. GIFT Homes are designed to equip and send out indigenous missionaries who are passionate about spreading the Gospel and transforming their communities for Christ.
Trauma Counseling
Favor International offers trauma counseling to bring healing and restoration to individuals and communities affected by war, violence, and other forms of suffering. Through biblically-based counseling programs, individuals are guided toward emotional and spiritual recovery, helping them find hope and purpose in Christ. These efforts are vital in rebuilding lives and fostering reconciliation in areas devastated by conflict.
Radio
Favor International leverages the power of Christian radio to reach remote and unreached communities with the Gospel. Broadcasting messages of hope, discipleship, and encouragement, the radio ministry serves as a lifeline for those who may not have access to traditional church settings. This platform amplifies the reach of the ministry, spreading God’s Word to transform hearts and lives across vast regions.
Bible Distribution
Bible distribution is at the heart of Favor International’s mission to spread the Gospel. By providing Bibles in local languages, the organization ensures that individuals and communities have access to God’s Word. These efforts empower believers to grow in their faith, share the Gospel with others, and build a strong foundation for spiritual transformation in their lives and communities.
20+ Years of Faithful ministry
Carole Ward founded Favor International 21 years ago and
has seen the power of God transform thousands of lives and
governments in Northern Uganda and South Sudan for the
Kingdom of God. They have overcome witchcraft, rebel wars,
and unbelievable violence through Carole and her team’s
unwavering faith and trust in a God who is stronger than
the strongest evil. Her ministry offers physical, spiritual, and
emotional healing to former child soldiers, reintegrates orphans
into their extended families, and addresses the root problems of
spiritual and economic poverty with self-sustaining approaches,
thereby turning poverty into life-changing prosperity.
10+ Nations Discipled
Through mobilized prayer and discipleship, leadership
development, and the power of the Gospel, Favor International
indigenous leaders holistically transform whole communities at a
time throughout unreached, underserved northeast African
nations. They are taking the Gospel of prayer, evangelism,
discipleship, church planting, into 10+ nations throughout
Northern Africa, then into the Middle East, targeting Islamic
nations, war zones, unreached people groups–reaching them
through their indigenous missionaries, as a trained and sent out
‘spiritual army’.

Carole Ward is a missionary, leader, and teacher fostering an
indigenous missions movement in Northern Uganda and South
Sudan. She moved to Uganda in 2002 during a 20-year
horrific war, where she served and trained African leaders
from all backgrounds to pray. Together they saw the war end,
and she began equipping them to reach their people with the
power of the Gospel.
